This guidance explains how, you as a member of the public make a complaint or report an incident about Waste Collection Permits.

Make a complaint or report a pollution incident regarding litter, illegal waste activities, noise nuisance, drinking water complaints, river quality and/or other general environmental pollution matters.

Making a complaint about a Waste Collection Permit
