Notice to all Permitted Collectors who have been authorised to collect hazardous
Waste Management (Collection Permit) Regulations 2007 and Waste Management (Collection Permit) Amendment Regulations 2008.
Currently the movement of hazardous waste within the State is regulated under the Waste Management (Movement of Hazardous Waste) Regulations 1998 (SI 147 of 2008) which requires the completion of C1 forms in respect of each consignment of hazardous waste, which is moved within Ireland. The C1 forms are currently obtained from the Local Authority in whose functional area the consignment of hazardous waste originated.
